A description that is accurate today can drift. Models are updated, sources change, competitors publish. AI Reputation Intelligence follows how you are represented and cited, and turns what it observes into priorities.
AI Reputation Intelligence is a monthly engagement that measures how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and Google's AI features describe and cite one entity, using the same prompts over time. It reports what changed, why it matters and what to do next. A second option, Authority Enrichment, adds the execution of those priorities. Both are optional and follow a baseline.
## What is monitored
- **Stable prompt families** The same questions each month, grouped by intent, so that results can be compared.
- **Repeated measurement per engine** Each assistant is run separately and more than once, because answers vary.
- **Presence and position** Whether the entity appears, and where in the answer.
- **Accuracy** Whether the verifiable statements are correct.
- **Citations and source domains** What the assistant cites, and how that set changes.
- **Competitors present** Who is named alongside you, or in your place.
- **Change over time** The trend, not the single reading.
- **Alerts on material change** A new inaccuracy, a lost citation, a confusion with another entity.
- **Register of actions and observed results** What was done, when, and what was observed afterwards.

The monthly engagements are optional and are offered only once a usable baseline exists. The monthly engagements start with an initial 90-day cycle, then continue month to month with 30 days' notice.
**What is not included** Press relations, media placements, video production, native translation, legal advice, data purchases, third-party tools, out-of-scope development and travel are not included unless agreed in writing. Authority Enrichment does not include guaranteed press coverage, paid placements or content produced at industrial volume. A second market, a second language, several leaders, an active crisis, a large volume of content or a multi-entity architecture are quoted separately.

## What the measurement can and cannot show
Each reading is recorded with its prompt, engine, model where known, date, language, location, whether web search was active, the full answer and the sources cited. That makes a reading reproducible and comparable with the next one.
A set of up to 50 prompts is enough to follow how one entity is described and cited over time. At most, it reaches the minimum LLM Pulse gives for a share-of-voice figure: it recommends 100 to 200 prompts for that purpose, with 50 as a minimum ([LLM Pulse, 2026](https://llmpulse.ai/blog/measure-ai-share-of-voice/)). Comparisons with competitors are therefore reported as indications, engine by engine, never as a single score.

## When it makes sense
Monitoring is useful once there is something to compare against. It follows a [private assessment](https://mohammedteto.com/private-assessment/) or a Build, [for a leader](https://mohammedteto.com/leaders/) or [for an organization](https://mohammedteto.com/organizations/).
It is not a condition of any other engagement. A Build is a project paid once, and you can stop there.
## Frequently asked questions
### How do I monitor what AI says about my company?
Fix a set of prompts, run them on each assistant separately at regular intervals, and record the answers and the sources cited each time. The value is in the comparison between dated readings, which a one-off test cannot give.
### What is the difference between the two monthly options?
AI Reputation Intelligence measures, alerts and recommends. Authority Enrichment includes it and also carries out the improvements each month.
### Is there a minimum commitment?
